Many foods claim to be superfoods, are they? Possibly.
One that absolutely is, is Omega 3 Essential Fatty acids. Comprised 3 different components depending on where the Omega 3 is derived. DHA & EPA from animal sources and ALA from plant sources. (This will be further discussed in the next blog)

imply means this, the body cannot produce it, it must be consumed in your diet. There is another one which is required in the same way Omega 6.
When you see the benefits of what Omega 3 are you would definitely take this very seriously and ensure that you consume and supplement with the finest products available.
